CACE-ACACE Refund and Credit Policy

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Refunds are not provided, BUT, we will give you credit.
  • You can use your credits on anything the CACE-ACACE offers – anything from membership to conferences and beyond.
  • It’s easy to apply your credit – in fact, we’ll do it for you! Just call email us at members@cace-acace.org and we’ll take care of you.
  • You have two full years to use your credit, but why wait? There’s so much awesome stuff to choose from!

Conference Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel a conference? We’ll miss you, of course, but if you can’t make it here’s the deal:

  • Refunds are not provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 15 days).
  • You do have the option to transfer your registration to another person in your organization (pending our approval).
  • The executed conference registration form, online registration, and email confirmation seal the deal – they constitute a binding agreement between you and the CACE-ACACE.

Training Cancellation Policy

What happens if you are unable to attend any in-person Regional Training:

  • If you cannot attend and are able to notify us 15 days or more prior to training, we will provide a full credit toward any future CACE-ACACE purchases.
  • If you cannot attend and less than 15 days remain before the training, you have the option to transfer your registration to another person in your organization (pending our approval).
