Conferences & Training Events

If you’re unable to attend a conference or training event after registering, you may send someone in your place. Substitutions will be accepted up to and including registration on-site. If you are an CACE-ACACE member and your replacement is a non-member, that person must pay any outstanding balance as a result of the difference in fees.

If you would prefer to cancel, credit card payments must be refunded to the card originally used to pay the registration.

  • 60 days advance notice is required to receive a refund (full amount minus a 15% administration fee).
  • 30 days advance notice is required to receive a partial refund (50% of the event cost).
  • No refunds or credits are available for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
